This section helps you install Zozo Portfolio and choose how you want to build layouts.

Installing Zozo Portfolio

To install the plugin:

1. Upload the zozo-portfolio folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin ZIP from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Go to Plugins in your WordPress admin.
3. Find Zozo Portfolio – Elementor & Gutenberg Portfolio Plugin.
4. Click Activate.

Activating the Plugin

After activation:

• Portfolio Menu:
  Create and manage portfolio items under Portfolio.
• Zozo Portfolio Admin:
  Access Dashboard, Feature Manager, Plugin Options, and Demo Import.
• Gutenberg Blocks:
  Available in the block editor under the Zozo Portfolio category when enabled.
• Elementor Widgets:
  Available in Elementor when Elementor is installed, active, and widgets are enabled.

Create Portfolio Items First

Layouts display content from your Portfolio post type. Before adding a block or widget:

1. Go to Portfolio → Add New.
2. Add a title, content, and featured image.
3. Assign Categories and optional Tags.
4. Publish the portfolio item.
5. Repeat for each project you want to show.

Gutenberg or Elementor?

You can use Zozo Portfolio in either editor — or both on the same site.

• Choose Gutenberg:
  If you edit pages with the default WordPress Block Editor and do not need a page builder.
• Choose Elementor:
  If you already design pages in Elementor and prefer its drag-and-drop widgets.
• Elementor-only layouts:
  Widgets such as Cobbles, Marquee, Inertia, Directional Hover, and Scroll Stack are available in Elementor.
• Shared layouts:
  Grid, List, Masonry, Filter, Slider, List Slider, and Accordion are available in both Gutenberg and Elementor.
